"Our overall experience was excellent. Our driver contacted us by text as we went to collect our luggage, to let us know that he was there for us and for us to let him know once we had collected our luggage.
Having done so, he then phoned us to say exactly where he was waiting for us and then guided us to the car. He was pleasant and courteous and we felt very safe with him.
We gave him a tip once we arrived home."

"Although it luckily worked out ok, and the driver was early and good. The vehicle was smaller then discussed and expected - even after i had advised on number of passengers and luggage. It was a tight squeeze but very lucky that it all fit - mainly because 4 of us did not have a smaller carry on luggage which i had advised we would have in addition to large suitcases. "
